ABSTRACT

This JAYABEE INDUSTRIES  project mainly deals with automating the tasks of maintaining and transacting the goods.In the JAYABEE INDUSTRIES  is the key process.This process includes the activities such as maintenance of stock details, maintenance of receipts and items etc. It is a tedious job to maintain all these details manually. The Administrator has the priviligies to maintain different types of Products, Suppliers, Sub Location Incharges Databases in the warehouse.He is concerned Suppliers, Sub Location Incharges Databases in the warehouse.He is concerned.  The Sub location Incharges has privilige to maintain Products which are transformed from Administrator and registration of Retailers and all operations on this  databases  To date, little is known about brake performance of commercial motor vehicles within the India. However, since faulty brakes are a primary cause of collisions in the trucking industry and since brakes present a significant cost to trucking companies, brake life and wear are of great interest to the transportation community. This project seeks to investigate brake performance quantitatively, in contrast with the current method of visual inspection. A Performance Based Brake Tester (PBBT) has been installed at the Greene County Weigh Station in Tennessee for the purpose of assessing brake force and brake wear over the life of new brakes used in various industries. It uses in-ground roller dynamometers to objectively evaluate braking force of each wheel end. Since brake force is proportional to vehicle weight, artificial axle loading (AAL) will provide constant loads for data analysis. In this experiment, AAL will increase each axle load to 80% Gross Axle Weight Rating (GAWR) through a hydraulically operated hook. In order to determine wear over brake life, aftermarket brake drums and shoes will be supplied to four industry partners who maintain fleets of class-8 vehicles. Tankers, dry-box vans, dump trucks, and motor coaches will be tested in order to provide data in each category. Each vehicle will be tested on a PBBT over the brake life, which may range from 8 to 18 months, at regular intervals, which will vary from weekly to monthly dependent on the type of truck. The PBBT will collect real-world data such as vehicle weight, brake force, AAL, brake-line air pressure, and eccentricity of brake drums; while the researcher will record registration numbers and vehicle mileage and oversee the test. The researcher will also measure thickness of brake pads with a caliper and the ovality of brake drums with a digital indicator before and after the testing period to determine performance as a function of wear. I wrote the test plan for the experiment, incorporating information about the partners, the test procedure for the PBBT, and equipment used to make initial measurements of eccentricity. The results from this experiment will provide a previously unavailable performance curve for brakes across several industries, and will lay groundwork for future studies in which the PBBT may be utilized as a diagnostic tool for faulty brakes.

PROJECT OVERVIEW

 The general description gives an "executive overview" and is very client-oriented. It expounds on the functional and data requirements of the application. It also lists the limitations, assumptions and dependencies of the application. Section 3.0, the specific   requirements section, includes   the developers’   technical view   of   the   client's expectation   of   the   application.   It   also   touches   on   the   performance   and   quality requirements of the application and provides a solid definition of the interface

 The entire system is divided into 5 major modules

Administrator Module:

  In this Administrator maintain all Employees Details, Trucker Details Drivers Details, Department details, Designation Details, Service Details, and Bill Details and Districts and Locations details are maintained and view the Assignments and New Content Details.

Transaction:

Transaction is the important functionality of any Organization.

This Menu covers all the transactions of Goods Transport Organization.

Such as Lorry Driver Party Statement, Dispatch Statement, Bill Copy, Accident Details, Cash Payment Details and Order details are maintained.

Inventory:

In this Inventor Matins all stock details and Stock bill details and Vender details and vender reports and Inventory stores the information regarding Total Stock in of Goods etc.Also the Information of the Items Assigned to a particular Vehicle that is Opening Stock & Closing Stock.

Account:

In this Matins All Bills Like Stick bills and Transportation bills and costumer bills are Machined and matins the Company Bills.

User:

The user can first Registration in enter the Personal details, and User login and. The user collects all information like as Industries Stock Details and Every item details. Than After his apply the order details and send the Dispatch statement details. His can send Feedback and User can do change password also.

Existing System

Present system is manual. The Project Metrics has to enter all the details of project, documents, and tasks. It also maintenance the team information and also efforts estimation. For this purpose the organization maintain the size of the document, source code and update the information about team member’s details   manually. Which is much of time consuming process and more importantly it is error prone. Limitations Of the Manual system

  3. It consumes lot of manpower to better results
  4. It lacks of data security
  5. Retrieval of data takes lot of time
  6. Percentage of accuracy is less
  7. Reports take time to produce

Hence Computerization of the existing system is proposed. The new system completely removes all manual burdens and provide efficient on the entry system.

The computerization of this system would avoid the wrong interpretation and bad calculation of data .The system help the user to see any documents, source code, tasks, activities, team information with details at the click of a button. The record data is maintained and backed up such a way that data is not loss. The speed of the system could also increased.
