Complaint Monitoring System without Organization

ABSTRACT:

       Our project complaint monitoring system is an online system in this project administrator can view the complaints from employees and he can add or edit or delete employee. When we go for previous system administrator can add the employee, edit employee or delete employee details are stored in records or files and when the employee has given complaint to the admin he write everything in paper and submitted to the admin. so in the manual system there is no security to all information, Risk of mismanagement of data when the project is under development, In the manual system time can be taken more, Mismatching of data in files, Maintaining all the information’s in records so it is difficult. If they want any record they have to search all the records by manually. These cause of the reason we proposed the online system in this we maintain the database by using online system, more security for data, No mismatching of data, This system provides easy access to the particular information, Keep track of all the stock details registered for use with the online system, add employee, edit employee, delete employee details and complaints details are centrally stored and retrieved from a secure database server.

     After analyzing the requirements of the task to be performed, the next step is to analyze the problem and understand its context. The first activity in the phase is studying the existing system and other is to understand the requirements and domain of the new system. Both the activities are equally important, but the first activity serves as a basis of giving the functional specifications and then successful design of the proposed system. Understanding the properties and requirements of a new system is more difficult and requires creative thinking and understanding of existing running system is also difficult, improper understanding of present system can lead diversion from solution.

Existing System

  1. The existing system is a manual one so every work is done by manual.
  2. In the manual system there is no security to all information’s

Modules and its Description

 this project we have 2 modules are included they are

1.    Administrator

2.    User or employee

Administrator:

   In this module administrator have username and password with this he can enter into the admin home page and he can    view the complaints from the employer or user and he can view the complaints in the inbox  and admin can add, edit,          delete employee or user.

            Employee or User

   In this module users have username and password with this he can enter into the employer  home page and they can give complaints to the admin and also view which complaints has been sent by them.
