Abstract:           

A blog application is a type of website or part of a website. Blogs(a personal website or web page on which an individual records) are usually maintained by an individual with regular entries of commentary, descriptions of events, or other material such as graphics or video. Entries are commonly displayed to all the other members. Blog can also be used as a verb, meaning to maintain or add content to a blog. Most blogs are interactive, allowing visitors to leave comments and even message each other via scraps on the blogs and it is this interactivity that distinguishes them from other static websites. The ability of readers to leave comments in an interactive format is an important part of many blogs.

Most blogs are primarily textual, but our system focus on art (art blog), photographs (photoblog), videos (video blogging), music (MP3 blog), and audio.

PROBLEM IN EXISTING SYSTEM

·         It is less user-friendly.

·         Cannot Upload and Download the latest updates.

·         No use of Web Services and Remoting.

·         Risk of mismanagement and of data when the project is under development.

·         Less Security.

·         The present system is very less secure.

·         Manual Interaction is difficult.

No proper coordination between different Applications and Users

SOLUTION OF THESE PROBLEMS

The development of the new system contains the following activities, which try to automate the entire process keeping in view of the database integration approach.

·         User friendliness is provided in the application with various controls.

·         The system makes the overall project management much easier and flexible.

·         Readily upload the latest updates, allows user to download the alerts by clicking the URL.

·         There is no risk of data mismanagement at any level while the project development is under process.

·         It provides high level of security with different level of authentication.

PRESENT SYSTEM

STUDY OF THE SYSTEM

GUI’S

In the flexibility of the uses the interface has been developed a graphics concept in mind, associated through a browses interface. The GUI’S at the top level have been categorized as

  1. Administrative user interface
  2. The operational or generic user interface

The administrative user interface concentrates on the consistent information that is practically, part of the organizational activities and which needs proper authentication for the data collection. The interfaces help the administrations with all the transactional states like Data insertion, Data deletion and Date updating along with the extensive data search capabilities.

The operational or generic user interface helps the users upon the system in transactions through the existing data and required services. The operational user interface also helps the ordinary users in managing their own information helps the ordinary users in managing their own information in a customized manner as per the assisted flexibilities.

Admin

•          Administrator enters into the system by providing his login id and password

•          Admin can view all the members of the system

•          Admin can activate the member to login

•          Admin can deactivate the member not to login to the system

Member

•          Member enters into the system by providing his login id and password

•          Member can view all the other users

•          He can send add request to any person by searching or by providing his username directly.

•          Modifying self data.

•          Change of password

•          View birth days  of friends to send wishes

•          Reading scraps of a person

•          Uploading updates/images/files for global accessing

•          Download the files

•          View friends

•          View friends request

•          Poll a Question and requesting answer from others

•          Poll result
